- Children fare tickets are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the Flex Fare.
Senior Citizen Fare
- Senior citizens aged 60 years and above are entitled to a cancellation fee of 50% of the Flex Fare.
Semi Flex Fare
- Waitlist bookings are not permitted for this fare type.
- Cancellations and refunds are allowed at a cost of 100 USD per passenger per direction.
- Flight cancellations are not permitted after the scheduled departure.
- A full refund can be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
